This is a hybrid-working permanent role for an experienced Document Controller who will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient document control processes. The ideal candidate will also take on office administration and management tasks, making them an integral part of the team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage document control systems to ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Use systems like Procore, 4Projects, or Viewpoint to manage and share data effectively. Ideally you will have Procore experience
Maintain data environment integrity and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.
Provide general office management support, including administrative tasks.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and document exchange.
Assist in organising meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring the office runs efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of document management processes.
Proficiency in Procore is ideal, though experience with 4Projects or Viewpoint is acceptable.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to hit the ground running.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
