Vekshana Soobarah LLB
As a Principal Consultant at Aldwych Consulting, Vekshana brings over 9 years of recruitment experience within the construction and property sectors, working closely with main contractors and developers. She has successfully recruited for roles in design/ technical management and production/site positions, covering all levels from trainees and assistants up to directors.
Vekshana is dedicated to providing exceptional service to both her clients and candidates, building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and professionalism. She has a strong network and reputation in the market, with a proven track record of successful placements and repeat business.
Before joining Aldwych Consulting, Vekshana worked for Randstad where she worked her way up from Recruitment Consultant to a Team Leader, managing a team of up to six people.
Vekshana also holds a Bachelor in Laws (LLB) degree.
Outside of work, Vekshana enjoys travelling, resistance training, video gaming, k-drama and whisky.
