Due to continued growth and success, my client is seeking an ambitious Chartered Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. The Role:
As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage diverse, high-profile projects while managing and developing team members. You'll be working across multiple sectors including commercial, heritage, education, healthcare, and residential developments, ensuring every day brings fresh challenges and opportunities to innovate.
What you'll be doing:
Leading complex cost management assignments from inception to completion
Providing strategic cost advice to prestigious clients
Managing and developing junior team members
Contributing to business development initiatives
Building and maintaining key client relationships
What you'll need:
MRICS qualification
Proven track record in commercial cost management
Strong leadership qualities and experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
