MEP Assistant Quantity Surveyor | London

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Support quantity surveying activities on complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects

  • Assist in cost planning, estimating, and commercial management

  • Prepare and review documentation, including bills of quantities and cost reports

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure commercial efficiency and accuracy

  • Contribute to tender processes and commercial negotiations

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field

  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction cost management

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills

  • Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools

  • Background from either consultancy or contractor experience welcome
