Key Responsibilities
Support quantity surveying activities on complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects
Assist in cost planning, estimating, and commercial management
Prepare and review documentation, including bills of quantities and cost reports
Collaborate with project teams to ensure commercial efficiency and accuracy
Contribute to tender processes and commercial negotiations
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction cost management
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools
Background from either consultancy or contractor experience welcome
