The Role:
As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a key role in the Civils/Structural team, working on a variety of structures including bridges, tunnels, stations, and buildings, using materials such as concrete, steel, timber, and masonry. With 70% of projects in the rail sector, experience in rail-related infrastructure is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing engineering design for large-scale infrastructure projects
Overseeing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Developing conceptual designs and producing engineering reports
Managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful delivery
Engaging with clients, securing new business, and driving innovation
Mentoring and supporting senior engineers
Representing the company at industry events and contributing to technical publications
What We're Looking For:
Rail infrastructure experience is essential
Strong leadership and technical expertise
Excellent client development and relationship management skills
