You'll be working on a diverse and challenging portfolio of projects-from large-scale masterplans and urban regeneration schemes to innovative residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the UK. What you'll be doing:
Leading the preparation of high-quality Transport Assessments, Statements, and Travel Plans
Overseeing transport modelling and technical analyses, ensuring robust and deliverable outcomes
Acting as project director on key developments, managing delivery from concept to completion
Guiding and mentoring junior team members, supporting their professional growth
Developing strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and multi-disciplinary teams
Playing a key role in business development, contributing to proposals and client engagement
Providing strategic transport and movement input into masterplans and design proposals
Keeping abreast of policy changes, emerging trends, and innovations in transport planning
