We're working with a commercially minded consultancy that's offering a unique opportunity for a Civil Design Engineer to join their team as a Technical Manager in their busy London office.

Your Role Will Include:
Leading delivery of infrastructure projects (estate roads, drainage, highways)
Managing and mentoring a team of engineers and junior staff
Overseeing technical design and reviewing delegated work
Being client-facing and supporting business development efforts
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience with MicroDrainage and Civil 3D
A confident, client-facing professional
A natural mentor and effective team leader
Previous experience in highway and development infrastructure design
