Are you a driven Civil Design Engineer ready to step up into a leadership role? Do you enjoy mentoring others, managing design teams, and playing a key part in business development?
We're working with a commercially minded consultancy that's offering a unique opportunity for a Civil Design Engineer to join their team as a Technical Manager in their busy London office.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Leading delivery of infrastructure projects (estate roads, drainage, highways)

  • Managing and mentoring a team of engineers and junior staff

  • Overseeing technical design and reviewing delegated work

  • Being client-facing and supporting business development efforts


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience with MicroDrainage and Civil 3D

  • A confident, client-facing professional

  • A natural mentor and effective team leader

  • Previous experience in highway and development infrastructure design
