Will Herman BA (Hons)
Will is an Associate Director at Aldwych Consulting and is experienced in recruiting for Civil, Structural & M&E Design Engineering and Transport, Traffic & Highways positions.
Will began his career in recruitment after graduating with a 2:1 in History from the University of Kent in 2018.
Formerly of Randstad CPE, Will has won numerous company awards including ‘Private Consultancy Team Rising Star’ in 2018 and ‘London Office Rising Star’ in 2021.
Will has top level market knowledge as well as an excellent network. He deals with a large number of companies, varying in size and is passionate about delivering a professional service to his candidates and clients.
When not recruiting, Will enjoys playing squash and golf. He is also a big Leyton Orient fan and is a season ticket holder.
