Role: Transport Planner (Development Planning)
Location: Bristol or Winchester

With an ever-growing workload and increasing pipeline of projects, our partner is looking to expand their development planning team by welcoming you, a Transport Planner to the business. This role is available in both Bristol and Winchester.
The company operates in a range of sectors, including Defence, Education, Commercial, Health and Residential, making for a varied workload that will help build your portfolio.
They are looking for a Transport Planner who is passionate about client-service and progressing their career within the company, and who creatively solves problems at the cutting edge

As a Transport Planner, you will help bring new developments to life, and your roles and responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with senior team members to deliver Transport Planning projects across sectors
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Produce Transport Statements, Transport Assessments and Travel Plans
Produce site access/preliminary junction design using AutoCAD.
Use GIS mapping software.
Junction modelling using Junctions (ARCADY/PICADY).
Engage in both internal and external training sessions and design meetings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the above at a planning consultancy.
