Chesham

Medium sized civil and structural buildings design consultancy based in Chesham is seeking an additional Structural Technician. Priority will be given to local candidates seeking permanent employment.

Projects are generally larger RC framed residential and commercial developments, often multi-storey.

The company are around 50 years old and have approximately 40 staff. Over the years they have developed a reputation over the years for being a highly competent civil and structural engineering consultancy with adaptability and innovative spirit.

In order to maintain a competitive advantage, the company keep abreast of the latest developments in technology and maintain an impressive range of specialist software packages. All projects are engineered with 3D BIM Revit software.

The suitable candidate will have good Autocad experience and ideally Revit as well, though Revit training can be given. RC Detailing experience would also be useful but not essential. You must have excellent communication skills and be wanting to progress your career.

The company offer a competitive salary along with a pension scheme and holiday allowance. The office space is within walking distance of Chesham station. The role will be mostly working in Revit, with some Autocad.
