This role is to be based in their small, but growing, Cambridge studio, which currently has just under 10 staff.

This is a design led practice with exciting and challenging architecturally led work, a focus on sustainability and a "thinking outside the box" approach.

You should be keen to work on a variety of projects, often award-winning,ranging from small to large scale in all areas of new build and refurb.
There is a high proportion of Chartered Engineers and excellent Chartership training is provided.

The office is a creative studio environment. Ideas sharing is important and there are regular CPD sessions.
