Would you like to be part of the team in a successful and award winning structural engineering consultancy based in South West London?
This company is actively growing due to its continually increasing workload and as a result they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Structural Design Engineer to join the creative, innovative and dedicated team. You should have a good degree in civil or structural engineering with a 2.1 or above from a respected University and 2 years+ of buildings design experience.
Excellent communication skills are essential. Priority will be given to candidates already living in London. The company do not offer visa sponsorship.
The firm works mainly in the high end residential sector, both new build and refurbishment, often bespoke projects involving basement design, sometimes multi-storey. Other projects include commercial schemes such as schools and religious buildings. Their projects normally range from £150,000 up to £8m. You will be working on a mix of permanent works design and temporary works, so a varied workload.
The ideal candidate will be technically excellent from a design point of view, keen to become Chartered and commercially aware.
