Key responsibilities for the Senior/Associate MEP Surveyor:
Undertake full quantity surveying duties, from cost planning and estimating to contract administration and final account settlement.
Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and the wider project team to deliver best-in-class cost management.
Contribute your technical expertise to drive value engineering initiatives and optimise project budgets.
Help develop junior members of the team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Have the autonomy to bring in new business, add value to current projects, and shape the direction of the company.
The Ideal MEP Surveyor:
Experienced MEP Surveyor with a consultancy background, ideally having started in contracting.
Strong business development skills or the desire to take on this challenge.
Sociable and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in a tight-knit team.
Ready to take on the challenge of working in a smaller business with big growth ambitions.
Chartered status (MRICS) is preferred, but support for chartership is available.
