My client, a highly respected construction consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior or Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their talented team. In this key role, you will provide expert quantity surveying services on a diverse range of exciting projects across sectors including data centres, commercial developments, residential and hospitality.
As a Senior/Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will:
Undertake full quantity surveying duties, from cost planning and estimating to contract administration and final account settlement
Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and the wider project team to deliver best-in-class cost management
Contribute your technical expertise to drive value engineering initiatives and optimise project budgets
Help develop junior members of the team through coaching and knowledge sharing

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Degree-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Chartered status with RICS or equivalent professional body or working towards
Extensive experience in MEP cost management, ideally within the construction consultancy sector. Contractor backgrounds will also be considered.
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
