About the Role:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
Preparing cost plans, estimates, and budgets for construction projects
Procurement and contract management
Change control and valuation of variations
Final account preparation and negotiation
Providing expert quantity surveying advice to clients
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
Strong technical quantity surveying skills and commercial acumen
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction-related discipline
Membership of a professional body such as RICS
