An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading organization in Dublin on a 12-month contract. This role is essential for the management and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects within the offshore and energy sectors. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of projects, on time and within budget, and maintaining high standards across all areas of project management.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
Oversee and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning through to execution and delivery.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and effective communication and ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained.
Implement and utilize project management tools, including MSPOL, to ensure efficient project tracking and reporting.
Ensure adherence to budget and financial targets, including cost control and financial planning.
Lead a team through complex project phases and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Identify and resolve project issues promptly, using strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Candidate Requirements:
Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
Relevant project management certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are required.
A minimum of 10 years in infrastructure project management, with at least 5 years' experience in the offshore or energy sector.
Proven experience in managing large, complex projects with successful outcomes.
Proficient in project management software, specifically MSPOL.
Demonstrated financial acumen in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and team leadership.
