About the Role
I am currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join my client, a globally recognized construction consultancy. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead complex data centre projects across multiple regions, working with industry-leading clients in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale data centre construction projects from inception to completion
Oversee project teams, including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Drive project governance and reporting processes
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
Mentor and develop junior project management staff
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years construction project management experience
Proven track record delivering data centre projects
Strong understanding of mission critical facilities and associated MEP systems
Experience managing projects valued at £50m+
Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement routes
Strong commercial and financial management capabilities
Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills
Package & Benefits
