Structural Site Manager - South London (£300 per day)

We are seeking an experienced Structural Site Manager to join our dynamic team on a key project in South London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural construction, overseeing on-site operations, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise structural works on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Oversee subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.

  • Maintain and enforce health & safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and senior management to coordinate site activities.

  • Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and report on project milestones.

  • Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Structural Site Manager or similar role in construction.

  • Strong knowledge of structural works, including steel, concrete, and temporary works.

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred).

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
