Structural Site Manager - South London (£300 per day)
We are seeking an experienced Structural Site Manager to join our dynamic team on a key project in South London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural construction, overseeing on-site operations, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise structural works on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Oversee subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
Maintain and enforce health & safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and senior management to coordinate site activities.
Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and report on project milestones.
Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Structural Site Manager or similar role in construction.
Strong knowledge of structural works, including steel, concrete, and temporary works.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
