  • Are you an experienced Revit and CAD Technician looking for a new challenge?

  • Do you want to be part of a growing contractor with an expanding client base?

  • Can you work under pressure and deliver high-quality drawings to tight deadlines?

About the Company

My client is a small but growing contractor based just outside the City of Leeds, specialising in a range of project types. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to expand their design team with a skilled CAD and Revit Technician who can support them in delivering high-quality drawings for various projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business on an upward trajectory and play a key role in its development.

About the Role

As a Revit Technician, you will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed drawings across a variety of projects. You will be working in a small design team, so collaboration and the ability to work independently are key. Given the fast-paced nature of the work, you must be comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and develop detailed Revit and CAD drawings for various projects.

  • Work closely with the design team to ensure drawings meet project requirements.

  • Assist in the development of BIM models and project documentation.

  • Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve design challenges.

  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality output.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Revit Technician within a contractor or design consultancy.

  • Strong proficiency in both Revit and CAD (essential).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small design team.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Experience in delivering projects to tight deadlines.

  • Understanding of BIM processes and best practices is advantageous.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, based on experience.

  • Hybrid working arrangements (office-based and remote).

  • Opportunity to be part of a growing business with a strong client pipeline.

  • Career progression opportunities as the company expands.

  • Supportive and collaborative working environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Revit Technician looking to join a company where they can make a real impact and grow alongside the business.
