My client, an established London construction consultancy, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to deliver cost management services across diverse private sector schemes. This is an opportunity to join a successful boutique practice where your contributions will have real impact.
The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll provide comprehensive cost management services across varied private sector projects. You'll work closely with clients, design teams, and contractors while managing costs, valuations, and commercial aspects of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost plans and estimates
Manage tender processes
Complete valuations and final accounts
Provide contractual and commercial advice
Monitor project costs and cash flow
Identify and manage cost risks
Negotiate variations and claims
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years as a Quantity Surveyor in construction consultancy
Proven track record in private sector projects
Strong commercial and contract management experience
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
