Responsibilities of the successful Quantity Surveyor:
Provide cost planning and estimation throughout the project lifecycle.
Produce estimates and conduct budget reviews across various sectors.
Collect and analyse data to define client and stakeholder needs.
Create Analysis and Benchmarking Reports to promote value for money.
Champion innovation both within our organisation and on the client side.
Lead and support the development of tools that integrate data and dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
What you bring as a Quantity Surveyor:
Experience in commercial roles, ideally in large capital programmes.
Familiarity with the UK's complex infrastructure sector (preferred).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
NEC contract experience.
A commercial focus, helping shape investment decisions that provide value for money.
Effective workload management and the ability to deliver clear, accessible reports to stakeholders at all levels.
