We are working with an ever - growing construction consultancy who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in West London. This role is perfect for someone who is seeking autonomy and the opportunity to work within the residential sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR:

  • Pre and Post contract services.

  • Attend site meetings.

  • Produce documents to tender.

  • Contract Administration.

  • Valuations.

  • Cost Management.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant construction or property discipline.

  • Chartered with the RICS (ideal).

  • Ideally previous experience delivering within the Residential environment (Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment).

  • Negotiation skills.

  • Communication skill.

  • Numeracy skills.

  • Report writing.

  • Presentation skills.
