Key Responsibilities
Provide quantity surveying expertise on various construction projects
Assist with or take on Employer's Agent duties as required
Manage project costs effectively
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Contribute to the growth and success of the consultancy
Ideal Candidate
Qualified Quantity Surveyor with relevant experience
Some Employer's Agent experience (desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Keen to learn and develop new skills
Proactive and adaptable team player
