My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver exceptional project management services across diverse industry sectors. Key Responsibilities
Successfully deliver complex construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
Manage and support client relationships with professionalism and expertise
Lead professional teams with confidence and strategic insight
Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation
Operate with a high degree of independence while working collaboratively with senior management
Essential Skills and Experience
Proven track record in construction project management
Experience across pre-construction and construction project stages
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with in-depth MS Project capabilities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to confidently deliver presentations and manage client-facing meetings
Desirable Qualifications
Degree in construction-related discipline
Professional accreditation or progress towards RICS, CIOB, or APM
Understanding of NEC and JCT contracts
