What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Developing and executing project management strategies.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective processes and systems.
  • Producing cost plans, feasibility studies, and managing change.
  • Overseeing risk management and value optimization.
  • Collaborating with clients, contractors, and design teams.
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to professional development initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects across different stages.
  • Experience with local authorities, healthcare Trusts, and multi-disciplinary organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Commercial awareness and adaptability to meet deadlines.
  • A passion for mentorship and fostering talent development.
