A rapidly growing SME construction consultancy firm in London, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join their team. As Project Manager, you'll work closely with a collaborative, skilled team to oversee projects from inception to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects across various sectors, ranging from commercial and residential to public sector developments. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, timing, and budgetary targets are met

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication at each project phase

  • Conduct risk assessments, manage project documentation, and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership

  • Contribute to strategic planning for projects and provide insight for improving operational processes

  • Represent the consultancy's values and uphold its reputation for high-quality service and professional standards

Requirements

  • Project management experience in a construction consultancy environment

  • A solid understanding of the UK construction industry, regulations, and compliance

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within time and budget constraints

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client and team relationships

  • Professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, APM) are advantageous, but equivalent experience will also be considered

  • Proactive, organized, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
