Key Responsibilities as the Project Manager:

  • Provide top-tier project and programme management throughout all project phases.

  • Advise clients on project costs, timelines, risks, and issues.

  • Lead and coordinate communications with clients and stakeholders.

  • Produce comprehensive project reports, including timelines, risk assessments, and more.

  • Drive performance improvements and challenge the status quo in dynamic environments.

  • Develop and implement efficient delivery plans, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.

What You'll Bring as the successful Project Manager:

  • A Project Management Qualification (or working towards one) with APM, RICS, or similar professional bodies.

  • Proven experience in managing both pre- and post-contract project management responsibilities.

  • Familiarity with best practices in Project Management; experience with NEC management is highly desirable.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
