Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research, data collection, and benchmarking for large-scale commercial projects.

  • Establishing and maintaining project systems and processes.

  • Developing and overseeing project plans and managing multidisciplinary teams.

  • Monitoring, tracking, and documenting project progress, ensuring smooth delivery.

  • Preparing project reports, client communication materials, and attending meetings.

  • Liaising with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and designers.

  • Preparing presentation materials for client pitches and inputting data into internal systems.


Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a top consultancy.

  • Experience delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects in London.

  • Successful track record working on projects valued at £20m or higher.

  • Relevant professional qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
