A leading groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame contractor in London is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join their team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a skilled individual with a proven track record in temporary works, groundworks, RC frames and structures, and enabling works.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage groundworks and RC frame projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with design teams to implement temporary works schemes that are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulations.
Coordinate enabling works, including site preparation, utilities, and groundwork, to facilitate seamless construction operations.
Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Lead project planning, risk assessment, and quality assurance initiatives.
Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles.
Monitor and report on project performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
Significant experience working with contractors specialising in groundworks, RC frames, structures, and enabling works.
Strong knowledge of temporary works design and implementation.
Demonstrable expertise in managing projects of varying complexity within the groundworks and RC frame sector.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
A solid understanding of construction health and safety regulations.
