About the Role:
Are you an experienced procurement professional with a proven track record in the offshore wind industry? We are seeking a Procurement & Contract Management Lead to oversee procurement and contract activities on a major offshore wind farm project in mainland Europe. Reporting to the EPCI Director, you will lead the procurement and contract management team during the construction phase, ensuring adherence to procurement guidelines and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the procurement team, allocating work and monitoring performance.

  • Define and implement robust procurement and contract management processes.

  • Represent the procurement function in project finance and commercial matters.

  • Collaborate with legal teams and other workstreams to align procurement strategies.

  • Ensure procurement guidelines and processes are followed by the project team.

  • Support supplier negotiations, contract management, and dispute resolution.

  • Monitor procurement timelines, commodity market pricing, and project commitments.

  • Prepare contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and best practices.

  • Provide detailed reporting on contract status, package progress, and claims.

Key Deliverables:

  • Development of project-level procurement and contract management processes.

  • Procurement and Contract Management Plans.

  • Contract trackers and comprehensive project reporting.

  • Knowledge sharing to enhance team performance and project success.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • 10+ years' experience in a procurement role within the offshore wind industry.

  • Previous experience as a procurement and contract management lead on a major offshore wind project.

  • Expertise in negotiating, managing contracts, and resolving disputes.
