Our client is looking to appoint a Principal Civil Engineer to join their water engineering team based in Epsom.

They are a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy, that work on huge water projects in the UK and globally. You will be involved in both clean water and wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure areas, including treatment plants, desalination, pipeline and pumping stations, collection and storage systems.

As a Principal Civil Engineer you will be leading and delivering water infrastructure projects end to end, supporting business growth through proposals, innovating solutions in the clean/wastewater sectors, overseeing design deliverables and providing mentoring to more junior members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with civil engineering bias;

  • Chartered Member of a recognised engineering institution;

  • Previous experience of design/ design & build/ bid delivery in the water and/or wastewater engineering sector.

  • Strong technical water sector background, including knowledge of relevant UK and international codes and standards.
