Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, is looking for an ambitious MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. You will be working on prestigious residential and commercial projects, liaising with architects, contractors and project managers.

This role offers excellent scope for career progression - our client sees this as an opportunity for the right candidate to help spearhead the expansion of the quantity surveying team. This role would evolve into a Director position, with responsibility for managing and developing a team.

You will have at least 5 years' experience in MEP quantity surveying/cost management working within a consultancy background. Residential experience is highly advantageous. You will be commercially astute, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in relevant computer applications is essential.
