Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed quantity surveys for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems
Conduct accurate cost estimations and feasibility studies
Collaborate with project teams and clients
Manage project budgets and financial reporting
Contribute to tender preparations and contract negotiations
Ideal Candidate:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in MEP quantity surveying
Proficient in quantity surveying software
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
