Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed quantity surveys for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems

  • Conduct accurate cost estimations and feasibility studies

  • Collaborate with project teams and clients

  • Manage project budgets and financial reporting

  • Contribute to tender preparations and contract negotiations


Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in MEP quantity surveying

  • Proficient in quantity surveying software

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
