You will be working with your team on major projects across multiple sectors including healthcare, education and residential. Key Responsibilities of the MEP Quantity Surveyor:
Day-to-day project delivery and client engagement.
Developing cost management strategies and implementing effective project systems.
Producing cost plans, feasibility studies, and managing change tracking.
Risk and value management.
Collaborating with supply chain partners and managing procurement processes.
Liaising with clients, contractors, and designers.
Managing sub-consultants and Construction Managers to ensure project success.
Requirements of the MEP Quantity Surveyor:
Experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
Excellent verbal, numerical, and report-writing abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts and experience delivering large projects would be ideal.
Commercially astute, deadline-driven, and a confident communicator.
Experience working in multi-disciplinary organizations would be ideal.
