Key Responsibilities
Lead MEP project management commissions, from initiation to completion, ensuring client objectives are met.
Establish and manage project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
Advise on procurement strategies and manage resource allocation.
Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating communication between stakeholders.
Oversee project finances, monitoring budgets and advising on cost control.
Manage project changes and maintain clear communication with clients.
Identify opportunities for business growth and assist with marketing and business development efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
Post Graduate Qualification in a relevant field (preferred).
Minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience, ideally within the data centres or digital infrastructure environment.
Experience in construction consultancy is highly desirable.
Professional qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
Chartered status or working towards this designation.
Comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, from conception to post-completion review.
In-depth knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and concepts.
