M&E Quantity Surveyor
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor in the London office of an international, multi-disciplinary consultancy working on a variety of projects within the Commercial, Residential, Education and Leisure sectors.
As the M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be part of a dynamic team overseeing new build and refurbishment projects ranging in value from £14m to £400m. Your responsibilities will include managing project budgets, fees, leading team meetings internally and with contractors, and ensuring accurate cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is primarily based in London and may involve occasional day travel within the UK.
Key Requirements:
MRICS qualification or working towards chartership.
Experience managing M&E projects ranging in value from £5m to £20m.
Post-graduate experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor with either a consultancy or contractor.
Proficiency in using COSTX software.
Working knowledge of the NEC and JCT forms of contract.
Demonstrated experience in value engineering, cost planning, and tendering.
Experience in overseeing projects from inception to completion, with some contract administration experience preferred.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
