Our client is looking for someone with previous experience of land surveying and monitoring surveys to join their team working on a scheme in London. You will be part of a large team and report into a project manager whilst being responsible for the undertaking of several different monitoring surveys.

The Role
- Review project documentation prior to mobilising to site, to ensure they are familiar with the scope of worksmethod statement and Risk assessment
- Brief the Surveying team and any 3rd parties joining the team on the MS and RA highlighting known risks
- Report H & S concerns to the Project manager
- Design and maintain Surveying networks.
- Configure and maintain calculations in liaison with Project Managers and Data Managers.
- Configure and manage the surveying equipment.
- Ensure all survey equipment is suitably calibrated and maintained in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and internal procedures.
- Undertake manual surveys on site.
- Manage teams of surveyors and allocate resources to project.
- Ensure that the team works safely.
- Assist the Project Managers with technical proposal or technical meetings.
The candidate
- You will be able to display previous industry experience in either land surveying or monitoring projects.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Good IT skills and confident with Excel, Word etc
- CSCS Card
