Nathan Cooling Bsc (Hons)
Nathan is the Executive Director of Aldwych Consulting and has over 17 years’ experience providing recruitment solutions within the white collar civil engineering sector.
He was formerly an Associate Director at Randstad CPE and managed its London Civil engineering team. He has won numerous awards from both employer and clients alike, highlighting the success he has enjoyed partnering with clients to find them the best talent in the market.
He is proud to have a reputation for honesty, in depth market knowledge of the sector and extensive relationships with both clients and candidates alike.
At Aldwych Consulting, Nathan is leading delivery on recruiting for Contractors within the civil engineering sector, providing both permanent and freelance solutions across the white collar infrastructure space..
Prior to his recruitment career Nathan obtained a 2.1 degree in Accountancy and Finance and in his spare time enjoys swimming, cooking and travel to add to the 50 countries he’s visited so far.
