What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and track KPIs to boost HSEQ performance
Leading Audits: Implement robust audit processes to maintain top-notch standards
Ensuring Compliance: Stay ahead of HSEQ legislation, making sure projects run smoothly and safely
Being Proactive: Monitor any changes in legislation and adapt quickly
Being the Problem-Solver: Investigate accidents, identify causes, and implement solutions
Supporting Health Initiatives: Partner with HR to champion health-related matters
Building Strong Relationships: Engage with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and more to promote a safe, collaborative working environment
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a confident individual who has excellent communication skills and the ability to manage various stakeholders to ensure safety standards are kept at a high level. You will have proven experience in the Construction or Civil Engineering industry and can demonstrate previous expertise in the HSEQ sector. You will also have
NEBOSH certificate in construction
A full UK driver's license
CSCS card
