With over 1,300 professionals worldwide, they're renowned for delivering excellence in Cost Management and Project Management services.
Position Overview
Join a dynamic MEP cost management team working on high-profile projects across residential, commercial, data centre, and healthcare sectors. This role offers excellent progression opportunities for candidates aspiring to leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage MEP and vertical transportation costs across multiple projects
Prepare detailed cost estimates and plans from RIBA stage 2 onwards
Monitor and control project budgets
Contract administration and negotiation
Risk assessment and management
Stakeholder collaboration and regular financial reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience
Construction-related degree
MRICS preferred (support provided for qualification)
Pre and post-contract experience
Experience in commercial, residential, education, or data centre sectors
Previous consultancy experience strongly desired
