About the Role
This office-based Estimator role (with hybrid working options) is designed to supplement the business due to a significant increase in workload. As an estimator, you will play a key role in estimating for facade projects while collaborating closely with the team. The role suits an experienced estimator or someone with less experience eager to grow in a family-owned and supportive environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for facade projects.
Collaborate with the project and design teams to ensure estimates meet project specifications.
Analyse project requirements, tender documents, and technical drawings.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor and manage costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Support sustainability goals by identifying ways to minimise wastage.
Requirements
Proven experience as an estimator within the facade sector (open to candidates with less experience).
Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a family-oriented and collaborative work environment.
