The Role
broad range of exciting projects including education, residential, public and community buildings.
Have good working knowledge of scheduling, specification writing, preparation of tender documentation and contracts and be able to undertake the contract administration and Employer's Agent duties for a variety of projects in different sectors.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in building condition surveys, measured surveys, defect analysis and preparation of formal reports; submission of building regulations and planning applications.
Experience of aids and adaptations, party wall matters, DDA audits, Insurance claims
The Candidate
The candidate will ideally be qualified to MRICS or working towards.
They should have good communication, management and team working skills.
Capable of working on their own initiative.
