The Role
The successful candidate will lead high-profile projects while managing and mentoring my client's talented team. You'll be instrumental in driving continued growth and maintaining their reputation for excellence in cost management and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex construction projects with a focus on data centre and commercial developments
Provide strategic cost management advice to prestigious clients
Oversee project teams and mentor junior surveyors
Drive client relationships and business development initiatives
Manage commercial aspects of projects under various contract forms, including FIDIC and OFCO
Collaborate with MEP specialists to ensure comprehensive cost management solutions.

Required Experience & Skills:
Extensive experience in traditional quantity surveying with demonstrable understanding of MEP systems and associated costs
Proven track record in data centre projects
Strong background in built environment projects
Experience with FIDIC and OFCO contracts
Excellence in client relationship management
Team leadership and staff development capabilities
Chartered status with RICS or equivalent professional qualification
Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
