This well-established Construction Consultancy firm is on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their fantastic team in London. You will be delivering projects across a range of sectors including residential, leisure and education, just to name a few! Responsibilities:
Delivering projects from inception to completion.
Providing cost advice and management across various project types.
Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Provide cost planning and estimation throughout the project lifecycle.
Produce estimates and conduct budget reviews across various sectors.
Collect and analyse data to define client and stakeholder needs.
Create Analysis and Benchmarking Reports to promote value for money.
Champion innovation both within our organisation and on the client side.
Lead and support the development of tools that integrate data and dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor. Chartership with a professional body within construction would be ideal.
A strong team player who can fit into a friendly and relaxed office environment
Adaptable and flexible to client needs
Someone who is not expecting to be spoon-fed - self-motivation is key
A passion for high-quality, bespoke design and construction
Pre and Post contract experience
Experience across multiple sectors would be ideal
Knowledge and experience working with JCT contracts
