The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering cost management services across a variety of infrastructure projects. Responsibilities will include:
Cost planning, estimating, and budget management
Procurement and tendering support
Contract administration and risk management
Value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
Client and stakeholder engagement
What They Are Looking For
Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the infrastructure sector (transport, utilities, energy, etc.)
Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge (NEC, JCT, or similar)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Relevant degree or professional qualifications (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent)
