Project and Associate Quantity Surveyor

Are you a talented Cost Consultant looking to join a dynamic, forward-thinking firm? My client, a leading independent construction and property consultancy, is seeking an ambitious Project and Associate level Cost Consultants to join their growing team.

In this varied role, you'll work as part of multi-disciplinary teams on an exciting pipeline of high-value projects across sectors like commercial, residential, hotels, education, and student accommodation. Leveraging your MRICS qualification and experience with CostX software, you'll provide exceptional pre and post-contract cost management services to clients.

As a strategic problem-solver with excellent client focus, you'll thrive in this fast-paced, collaborative culture. Our client is committed to continuous learning, social responsibility, and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree in a construction-related discipline

  • MRICS qualification (preferred) or working towards

  • Experience with CostX software

  • Background in high-value projects across relevant sectors

  • Consultancy experience (strongly preferred)

  • Able to work independently and provide strategic guidance

  • Excellent client focus and communication skills
