My client, an established London construction consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager to lead diverse private sector schemes. This is an opportunity to join a successful boutique practice where your contributions will have real impact.
The Role:
As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of varied private sector projects from inception to completion. You'll work closely with clients, design teams, and contractors while managing project delivery, programmes, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple private sector construction projects
Develop and maintain client relationships
Manage design teams and contractors
Control project budgets and programmes
Identify and mitigate risks
Ensure project quality and compliance
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager in construction consultancy
Proven track record in private sector projects
Strong commercial and contract management experience
Excellent stakeholder management skills
