The Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director, Finance Director, and Associate Directors. This is a pivotal role that will see you managing a wide range of confidential and business-critical tasks to ensure the smooth running of the leadership team's responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for Directors, managing communications with customers, partners, and sub-consultants.
Coordinate Directors' schedules, diaries, and meetings, ensuring all relevant documentation is prepared in advance.
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and briefings for Directors and internal staff.
Supervise and organise workloads for administrative staff as required.
Monitor Directors' correspondence, prioritising and responding to emails and telephone calls where appropriate.
Investigate and respond to enquiries, complaints, and new business leads.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, processing payments to suppliers, and ensuring financial records are aligned.
Organise conferences, events, and networking opportunities, providing all required materials.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an individual with proven experience as a Personal Assistant at a senior management level. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and administrative skills, including experience in bookkeeping. You should be able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, work calmly under pressure, and manage multiple priorities with ease.
You must have excellent attention to detail, be highly proficient with technology, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive and confident approach, combined with the ability to work on your own initiative, is essential.
