Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) - Central London

A rare opportunity has arisen to join my client's established London consultancy, working on some of the capital's most significant commercial developments.

Position Overview:
Senior position within a respected construction consultancy
Focus on commercial and mixed-use developments, £100M-£500M range
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 depending on experience

Required Experience:

  • MRICS qualified with solid post-chartership experience

  • Strong background in commercial developments

  • Proven track record in cost management and contract administration

  • Experience with both traditional and design & build contracts

  • Commercial awareness and client-facing capabilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead cost management on major development projects

  • Provide strategic cost advice from inception to completion

  • Work directly with clients, architects and project stakeholders

  • Support the wider team's professional development

  • Contribute to business development initiatives
