Healthcare Project Manager
Are you a Construction Project Manager with Healthcare experience? Do you have the passion to deliver future clinical spaces for tomorrow's healthcare environment?
A specialist Healthcare team of 20 staff based in London at an international Project Management Consultancy work in all areas of healthcare including highly specialised clinical facilities for Acute providers. The work covers all areas of the project lifecycle from initial inception and business case development, through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
This fast paced team gets involved in managing programmes of work for a number of NHS Trusts and continues to expand its client base. As a result they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver Healthcare construction projects.
You will be a Project Manager with demonstrable experience of co-ordinating NHS stakeholders and project teams and understand the distinctive challenges and responsibilities of delivering construction projects within highly complex and challenging operational environments.
You will have excellent client-facing and communication skills and be able to lead and manage diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
There is plenty of scope for advancement for those individuals who show excellence in performance, standards and delivery.
Main duties will involve:

  • Provide programme and project management services relating to complex capital development programmes as well as individual projects to a variety of clients

  • Independently manage the complete project lifecycle from feasibility to hand over maintaining focus on time, cost and quality

  • Co-ordinate design solutions through co-production with stakeholders

  • Manage construction delivery within a fully operational hospital environment

  • Administer building contracts

  • Communicate and report effectively to the client
